In some localities light snowfall. The northwesterly wind will transport the new snow. Some fresh snow as well as the small wind slabs represent the main danger.

Snowpack Structure

New snow and wind slabs are lying mostly on the smooth surface of an old snowpack. Isolated avalanche prone weak layers exist in the bottom section of the snowpack especially on very steep shady slopes. Only a small amount of snow is lying for the time of year.

Tendency

In some localities snowfall to low altitudes. The avalanche danger will persist.
