Forecast Snow Stability: The thaw conditions will continue to consolidate and stabilise the existing snowpack. Some weaknesses will still persist within the snowpack on North-West through North to East aspects above 1000 metres. Coire rims, gully exits and steep, convex slopes will be mainly affected. Any remaining cornices will be prone to collapse. Greatest accumulations of snow will be found above 900 metres. The avalanche hazard will be Moderate.

Forecast Weather Influences: After some early evening light rain, it is forecasted to be a dry day. Light winds will gradually increase to strong during the forecast period, generally from the South-East. The freezing level will remain above the summits. Observed Weather Influences: A mild and dry day with sunny intervals. Light South-Westerly winds with the freezing level above all summits. ObservedSnowStability: The moist snowpack continues to consolidate and stabilise. Some weaknesses still persist within the snowpack, especially on steep North-West through North to East aspects above 900 metres. Areas most affected are gully tops, coire rims and other convex locations. The avalanche hazard is Moderate.
