Forecast Snow Stability: The remaining snow will continue to slowly thaw but will be generally well bonded and stable. Cover will be patchy below 900 metres but larger areas will be encountered above this altitude, especially on the Northern aspects. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: A dry but mild period with the freezing level well above all summits. Strong Westerly winds throughout. Observed Weather Influences: An overcast but dry day with fresh to strong South-Westerly winds. Freezing level above the summits with plus four degrees centigrade recorded at 900 metres. ObservedSnowStability: The snow continues to slowly thaw but remains generally well bonded and stable. Cover below 800 metres is patchy but larger areas remain above 900 metres, especially on the Northerly aspects. The avalanche hazard is Low.
