Today's warm temperatures will increase the potential for humans to trigger slab avalanches up to three feet in depth on these persistent weak layers. Wet slides are also possible where wet unconsolidated snow exist on steep slopes.

Rain is expected below an elevation of 7,000 feet overnight and below an elevation of 8,000 feet on Saturday. Temperatures will be in the 20s and 30s at the mid and upper elevations and in the 30s and 40s at the lower elevations.
