Forecast Weather Influences: Dry overnight and in the morning with rain in the afternoon. Increasing South-Easterly winds will become very strong in the afternoon. Greatest accumulations of both the old firm snowpack and the more recent soft, wet snow are on North to East aspects above 900 metres. Remaining cornices are prone to collapse.
