Forecast Snow Stability: The snowpack will continue to thaw, consolidate and stabilise. Although a few minor wet surface instabilities may exist on steep slopes above 900 metres, stability will generally be good. Any remaining sections of cornice will continue to sag and be prone to collapse. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: The mild conditions will continue with the freezing level remaining above the summits throughout. It will be cloudy but generally dry. Observed Weather Influences: It was a mild day with some light rain during the morning. The freezing level was above the summits. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack has become wet throughout. Some wet snow instabilities exist on steep North through East to South aspects above 900 metres. Remaining cornices are prone to collapse. Below 900 metres the snowpack is generally stable. The avalanche hazard is Moderate.
