Avalanche Summary

After an overnight freeze, ample sun and warm temperatures will allow snow surfaces to soften through the day. You can expect generally safe avalanche conditions, but later in the day, choose less steep slopes if you find more than a few inches of wet snow. Above treeline on north or northeast-facing slopes, steer around any isolated spots with more than a few inches of freshly drifted snow.
