Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE in the morning and will increase to CONSIDERABLE in the afternoon. New dense snow driven by west winds will accumulate on cold light density snow and will load a weak faceted snowpack. As new snow depths increase the potential for humans to trigger full depth hard slabs on steep avalanche prone slopes will increase.
