Highlights
The general avalanche hazard has increased but remains MODERATE today. East-southeast ridgetop winds have created new soft slabs on leeward aspects. These new slabs and existing older slabs could be triggred today in steep wind loaded avalanche starting zones. These slabs could run on a slick old snow crust with depths to two feet possible.
