Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is LOW this morning and increases to MODERATE this afternoon. Shallow soft surface slabs lie upon a weak faceted snowpack in isolated, shaded areas. These slabs could be triggered on steep, wind loaded slopes and step down to the ground. Wet slides to the ground could be triggered today on steep sunlit aspects during the heat of the day if significant warming occurs.
