Avalanche Summary

Avalanche conditions are generally safe. A few inches of snow throughout the week means you might be able to trigger a small avalanche at upper elevations. Look for isolated areas of drifted snow at upper elevations, particularly north, northeast, and east-facing slopes. Steep, open slopes that sit directly below ridgetop are where you will find the most recent loading. Although small, these avalanches can be dangerous if they drag you over rocks or into a gully.
