Highlights

DANGEROUS hard slabs one to four feet in depth exist on steep wind loaded aspects at all elevations. On Thursday several naturally released avalanches occured and riders in the Greys River area triggered an avalanche which completely buried one snowmobiler and partially buried two others. A successful self recue ensued. Similar events could be triggered by skiers or riders in the Teton area today.
