Highlights

At the upper elevations isolated pockets of soft slab up to one foot in depth formed by east to south winds exist in some of the highest avalanche starting zones. On some steep northerly shaded aspects small slabs that lie upon an old October crust and a layer of weak faceted snow could be triggered. Due to very shallow snow depths avalanches are unlikely on southerly aspects and at the mid and lower elevations.
