Avalanche Summary

Most slopes are generally safe from avalanches. You might be able to trigger a small avalanche in a small pocket of drifted snow on slopes steeper than about 35 degrees. Pay attention to loose, cohesionless snow on similarly steep slopes as even a small loose avalanche could knock you over and drag you down a slope.
