Highlights
At mid and high elevations the last significant snowfall came with varying strong winds that deposited snow to two feet in depth. Backcountry users may trigger avalanches on steep, northerly aspects that will slide on weak, buried surface hoar layers. The trigger may be the second or later person on a slope. At low elevations avalanches are unlikely.
