Snowpack Summary

In the Alpine and on exposed features at treeline, snow has been unevenly distributed by the winds. On sheltered features and below treeline, the mild temperatures of the last few days are slowly helping with the settling of the low-density snow. At mid-mountain, the snowpack is at about 100 cm in the north of the forecast area, compared to 65 cm in the south.
