Vind og nedbør gjør at det nær de aller høyeste toppene kan danne seg noen ferske fokksnøflak som kan løses ut. Det ventes stigende snøgrense utover dagen og nedbøren vil en del steder gå fra snø til regn. Der hvor det regner kan det løsne små, våte skred.
Snowpack Structure
Det har vært flere runder med mildvær og regn høyt til fjells de siste dagene. Det er generelt lite snø og mye fremstikkende stein og busker. Over 1400-1600 moh kan det finnes et kantkornlag i bunn av snødekket.
