Observed Weather Influences: Moderate South-Easterly winds. Rain showers. The freezing level rose to around summit level. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack is well bonded and stable. A good cover of very firm snow remains on most aspects above 700 metres with patchier cover below. A small amount of moist, fresh overnight snow observed on the higher tops, this presented no hazard. The avalanche hazard is Low.
