Forecast Snow Stability: The old snowpack will remain frozen and stable. Shallow deposits of moderately bonded fresh snow will be present, mainly on wind sheltered North, North-East and East aspects above 900 metres. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Snowpack Structure

Forecast Weather Influences: It will be dry with the freezing level rising from around 600 metres to 1000 metres later on Sunday. Light winds. Observed Weather Influences: Some light snow showers above 800 metres. Light winds. ObservedSnowStability: The old snowpack is generally frozen and stable. Localised areas of shallow moderately bonded fresh snow are present, mainly on steep and wind sheltered North, North-East and East aspects above 900 metres. The avalanche hazard is Low.
