Even though wind slabs are now a few days old, you may still find places where you can trigger an avalanche. If you see evidence of wind transported snow, be leery of convex rollovers, unsupported slopes, or areas where the terrain funnels the winds. It’s these features where you are most likely to trigger and avalanches.
