Forecast Snow Stability: The remaining snowpack will continue to diminish in the thaw conditions. Stability will remain good in all locations. Greatest amounts can be found around coire rims, ridge flanks and wind sheltered locations. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Snowpack Structure

Forecast Weather Influences: Mild, with the freezing level remaining above summits. Mainly dry overnight with the exception for a few light showers before rain setting in around noon. Gale force West-South-Westerlies backing to become Southerly. Observed Weather Influences: A wet day with storm force Westerlies. Freezing level remained above the summits. ObservedSnowStability: The patchy snowpack continues to thaw at all levels and although soft, stability is good. The avalanche hazard is Low.
