Forecast Snow Stability: Areas of windslab will be present, mainly on steep North, North-East and East aspects above 1000 metres. Shallow and generally stable snow deposits will be present on other aspects above 700 metres. The avalanche hazard will be Moderate.

Forecast Weather Influences: Light snow showers above 1000 metres will continue throughout the period with light summit winds. Observed Weather Influences: A mainly cloudy and dry day with the freezing level rising from around 600 metres to 1100 metres during the day. ObservedSnowStability: Areas of fresh windslab are present, mainly on steep North, North-East and East aspects above 1000 metres. Some deep recent snow accumulations are also present below this altitude. The avalanche hazard is Considerable.
