Snowpack Summary

At treeline and below treeline, temperatures remained above freezing on Wednesday. Surface snow was therefore still moist, but should turn into a refreezing crust overnight. The crust will probably be present on all aspects and at all elevations.

Last week's strong to extreme winds had a major impact on the alpine and treeline. The southern and western slopes are largely free of snow.
