Avalanche Summary

Avalanche conditions are generally safe, but you might trigger a small avalanche in the upper snowpack. Continue to use caution in very steep terrain. The most problematic areas are open, drifted slopes below ridgelines, gullies, or convex rollovers. You may not see cracking and collapsing before a slide breaks.

A few inches of snow won't increase the danger on Tuesday, but look for it to rise beginning on Wednesday as the next storm arrives.
