Forecast Weather Influences: After a dry night, precipitation will develop from late morning. This will fall as snow above around 900 metres with the freezing level rising to a similar level and westerly winds increasing in strength to become strong. Observed Weather Influences: A cold clear dry day with very light wind. ObservedSnowStability: The remaining snow is firm and stable. It lies mainly around coire rims, on steep upper slopes and at the tops of some gullies above 850 metres on North to East aspects. The greatest extent lies in the Northern Fannichs. There is insufficient snow to warrant issuing an avalanche hazard category.
