Avalanche Summary

With warm temperatures on Saturday night, and clouds preventing the snow surface from cooling, the window to recreate on steep slopes in the mountains on Sunday may be small. Start early and end early to reduce your risk of wet avalanches. If the snow surface isn't frozen or you are sinking into the snowpack, avoid steep slopes. Slopes that will be most prone to avalanches on Sunday are sheltered slopes that are not getting cooled by strong, alpine winds.
