Avalanche Summary

Watch for small areas of drifted snow sitting right below ridgetop. You are most likely to find recent drifts on northeast and east-facing slopes. Any avalanche that you trigger in drifted snow will be small, but you could get knocked off your feet and into rocks. Besides these isolated, drifted pockets, avalanche conditions are generally safe.

A storm on Thursday night isn't forecast to bring enough snow to change the avalanche danger.
