Avalanche Summary

You may find small areas of wind-blown snow near ridgelines. Look for and avoid rounded pillows of firm snow that may crack when you weight them. Avalanches will be small but could knock you off your feet in steep terrain. Most slopes without wind-drifting are safe to travel on.
