Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is LOW today. The snowpack is mostly stable but be alert as new snow arrives and accumulates on the existing hard snow surfaces where skiers or riders may release shallow slabs or sloughs in very steep terrain later in the day. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for the area through 6am Tuesday.
