Highlights
At the upper elevations temperatures dropped into the upper 20'S overnight and a few inches of snow fell early this morning. However yesterdays rain showers and temperatures in the forties have weakened the snowpack. At the mid elevations rain and warm temperatures have combined to create unstable conditions as the snowpack is becoming isothermal. At the lower elevations mostly bare ground exist however areas which still have snow are wet and unstable. Wet slab and wet loose avalanches are possible today on steep snow covered slopes at all elevations.
