Highlights
At the upper and mid elevations DANGEROUS soft slabs one to four feet in depth lie upon slick old snow surfaces. These slabs, loose snow sluffs and wet slides were easily triggered yesterday. The hazard at all elevations will increase as the day warms. Wet slide events are possible at all elevations on steeper snow covered slopes in the afternoon. TRAVEL IN UPPER ELEVATION AVALANCHE TERRAIN IS NOT RECOMMENDED IN THE AFTERNOON.
