Highlights

The general avalanche hazard at all elevations is LOW this morning and will increase to CONSIDERABLE by afternoon. As the day progresses surface crusts will rapidly soften and lose their strenght. Wet slides are likley on a variety of aspects during the heat of the day. Steep snow covered slopes at the lower elevations have the potential to release to the ground. Avoid steep snow covered slopes and runout zones at all elevations after crusts soften.
