Avalanche Summary

You can trigger a small avalanche on easterly slopes where wind-drifted snow rests on top of old weak snow. As the wind increases throughout the day and continues to transport snow these slopes will become more dangerous. For safer travel options stick to wind-sheltered areas where the surface snow feels soft.
