Beware of numerous exposed rocks hidden by the little recent snow.
The small quantity of fresh snow and the small wind slabs will be deposited on a weakly bonded old snowpack in particular on shady slopes at intermediate and high altitudes. Dry avalanches can in some places be released in the weakly bonded old snow by small loads, especially adjacent to ridgelines and in pass areas, and at transitions from a shallow to a deep snowpack, when entering gullies and bowls for example, in particular on very steep slopes. These places are sometimes covered with new snow and are difficult to recognise. Isolated small dry avalanches are possible.
Some snow will fall on Saturday. The sometimes moderate wind will transport the new snow and, in some cases, old snow as well. Adjacent to ridgelines and in pass areas and at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions a little snow is lying. Also on steep sunny slopes below approximately 2600 m a little snow is lying. Also at low and intermediate altitudes only a little snow is now lying. In all aspects snow depths vary greatly above approximately 2200 m, depending on the infuence of the wind. Weak layers exist in the old snowpack especially on shady slopes. As a consequence of highly fluctuating temperatures and solar radiation a crust formed on the surface, in particular below approximately 2700 m on very steep sunny slopes.
Wind and new snow: The avalanche danger will increase.
