Below approximately 1600 m no snow is lying. At higher altitudes the avalanche danger is low (level 1).
In all regions in all altitude zones only a small amount of snow is lying for the time of year. The snowpack will be well bonded over a wide area. The wind slabs can be released by large loads in particular. Individual avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular on northeast to northeast to northwest facing aspects at high altitude and in gullies and bowls.
