As a consequence of new snow and a storm force wind, rather small wind slabs formed. On Sunday further wind slabs will form especially in the vicinity of peaks. The fresh wind slabs can be released by a single winter sport participant in isolated cases in particular on steep shady slopes above approximately 2200 m. The avalanche prone locations are to be found especially adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls. The wind slabs are to be avoided in particular in very steep terrain. On extremely steep slopes small loose snow avalanches are possible as a consequence of solar radiation.

Some snow will fall until midday. The wind will be moderate to strong in the vicinity of peaks. Fresh wind slabs are lying on soft layers in particular on steep shady slopes above approximately 2200 m.
