Forecast Snow Stability: Little change is expected. The patchy snow will continue to slowly thaw but will remain well bonded. Largest areas will be found on North to East aspects above 900 metres. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Feeling cooler but the freezing level will remain above the summits. Expected to be cloudy but dry throughout this period. Gale force winds, South-West backing South-South-West late morning. Observed Weather Influences: A mild day with the freezing levels over the summits. Often cloudy around the tops with very light drizzle at times. Winds, strong throughout from the West-South-West. ObservedSnowStability: The patchy snow cover is thawing at all levels with the majority of remaining snow now soft but well consolidated. There is little snow below 900 metres with largest patches found above this level on North to East aspects. The avalanche hazard is Low.
