Forecast Snow Stability: The current snowpack will persist; a light covering of fresh snow on many aspects above 400m, though shallow in nature. Some localised shallow accumulations of windslab are present mainly at the tops of South and West aspects above 1000m but accumulations are generally localised in size and distribution. The avalanche hazard will be Low

Some light snow is expected, but no significant accumulations Observed Weather Influences: There were some light snow showers overnight and a brief period of stronger Westerly winds. Friday saw a cold and clear day with light winds. ObservedSnowStability: The recent fresh snow covers most aspects above 400m, though this tends to be relatively shallow, unconsolidated and overlies bare ground.
