Avalanche Summary
Most slopes are free of avalanche danger due to a shallow, weak snowpack. The most likely place for triggering an avalanche is in a firm area of drifted snow at upper elevations. Westerly winds formed the deepest drifts on northeast- and east-facing slopes above treeline.
