Highlights

DANGEROUS slabs 1 to 4 feet in depth exist at the mid and upper elevations and have been skier triggered during the past three days. Weak layers are present deep in the snowpack on all aspects and some events have stepped down to buried crusts and the ground. Similar events could be human triggered on steep wind loaded aspects today. At the lower elevations isolated pockets of slab could be triggered in the starting zones of avalanche prone terrain and on steep road cuts.
