Forecast Snow Stability: Little change is expected within the snowpack. Patches of refrozen stable and icy snow will remain mainly above 900 metres on North to East aspects. A slight dusting of fresh snow will exist on all aspects. However, this will not be significant. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Snowpack Structure

Forecast Weather Influences: Little change is expected with the weather. It will remain cold and generally dry with light winds. Observed Weather Influences: A dry and cold day with temperatures below freezing at all levels. Light winds were from the North-East. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack is very limited. There are some deposits of refrozen snow, mainly on North to East aspects above 900 metres. This is very hard, icy and stable. There is a slight dusting of fresh snow, but deposits were not significant. The avalanche hazard is Low.
