Snowpack Summary

The snow that fell during the storm will settle on a sun crust present on sun-exposed slopes, up to around 700 meters. In wind-protected areas, it will add to the 20 to 50 cm of light snow resting on a well-consolidated snowpack. A large amount of faceted grains is still present at the base of the snowpack (up to 60 cm), but they show signs of rounding. The snowpack thickness ranges from 120 to 220 cm.
