Temperatures will be warmer than they have been, but still in the minus single digits. There are no significant inputs expected to affect the avalanche hazard.

Snowpack Summary

The snowpack remains unchanged; locked in place by strong surface crusts up to almost 1800m. Above this, isolated pockets of soft snow can be found on the surface. No shears have been found in the upper snowpack, and no weak layers are currently active. As the temperatures warm, watch the overhead hazard for cornice exposure.
