Problems

Wind Slabs

Small wind slabs may form in lee areas where enough snow accumulates on Wednesday night and into Thursday. The most suspect slopes will be steep terrain near ridges.
Watch for signs of instability such as whumpfing or cracking.Be careful with wind-loaded pockets, especially near ridge crests and roll-overs.

Aspects: North, North East, North West.
