Snowpack Summary
The snowpack has received significant amounts of rain in the last 24 hours. Precipitation turned to snow mid-day Monday.
Moist snow covering 5 to 10 cm of wet snow. The latter rests on the crust of November 28. The amount of new snow has yet to be determined. The height of the snow cover varies from 10 to 70 cm, depending on altitude and wind loading.
Weather Summary
Synopsis: A little snow will continue to fall on Monday night into Tuesday, and precipitation will cease thereafter. Temperatures will be colder over the next few days, and there will be moderate winds from the west.
Monday evening and night: Cloudy. 5 cm of snow. Moderate northwesterly wind, 20 to 30 km/h. High -3. Low -8.
Tuesday: Cloudy. Chance of light snow. Moderate west wind, 20 to 30 km/h. High -10. Low -12.
