Snowpack Summary
Around 15 cm of snow covered the rain crust of January 18. Underneath this, there is 15 to 20 cm of snow affected by the mild temperatures over the melt-freeze crust of January 2. Facetted crystals begin to react easily to tests above this crust. Snow depth on the ground varies between 40 and 100 cm.
