Forecast Snow Stability: Localised areas of unstable windslab will develop through the period with greatest accumulations on wind sheltered North-East through East to South aspects above 900 metres. Features such as gully exits, corrie rims and ridge flanks will be most affected. Fragile cornices will develop above these aspects. Aspects exposed to the wind will be scoured. The avalanche hazard will be Moderate.

The freezing level will drop to around 500 metres overnight and rise to 800 metres during the day.
