Low avalanche danger will be encountered over a wide area.

Fresh wind slabs are small and can only be released in isolated cases. Individual avalanche prone locations are to be found on near-ridge shady slopes in high Alpine regions. The wind slabs are to be avoided in particular in terrain where there is a danger of falling.

Snowpack Structure

5 to 10 cm of snow will fall. The snowpack will be stable over a wide area. Fresh wind slabs are only small. These are lying on soft layers on near-ridge shady slopes in high Alpine regions. In all regions only a small amount of snow is lying for the time of year. At low and intermediate altitudes from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.
