Forecast Snow Stability: Localised quantities of moderately bonded windslab will exist in wind-sheltered areas, mainly on North through to Easterly aspects, around coire rims and gully tops above 850 metres. The existing spring snowpack elsewhere will re-freeze and be well bonded and stable. The avalanche hazard will be Moderate.

Forecast Weather Influences: Dry overnight, before a band of more organised snow showers affect the area during the day. The Freezing level will lower to around 500 metres overnight, fluctuating thereafter up to around 900 metres during the day. Light South-South-Westerly winds will strengthen and become West-South-Westerly during the day. Observed Weather Influences: Precipitation overnight fell as snow showers to around summit elevations, thereafter it has been a mainly dry day.
