The general avalanche hazard is Moderate. Soft slabs formed from new and recently fallen snow lie in steep wind loaded avalanche terrain. Backcountry skiers or riders, have the potential to trigger these slabs to depths of up to two feet, especially in the afternoon as snowfall and winds continue to add to the surface hazard.
